Privacy Policy Position Statement

The Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center (the “Museum”) respects the privacy of all visitors. The Museum operates the www.pequotmuseum.org, website “website.”

The Position Statement informs you of the Museum’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use the Museum website. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The Museum will not share your information with anyone except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide

While using the Museum website, the Museum may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address (“Personal Information”).

The Museum assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 2024 and will remain in effect for the life of the website. The Museum reserves the right to update or change the Privacy Policy Position Statement at any time.
